Payroll (VIP)
- Processing of Weekly, forthnightly ,Monthly Payroll
- Capturing of new appointments and termination of employees in the system.
- Calculate and process salary rates, allowances, deductions, bonuses and forward reports for approval.
- Prepare PAYE, UIF, SDL and Provident Fund using the salary rates.
- Submit reconciled schedules of statutory reports to the respective institutions.
- Reconciling of salaries accounts to ensure accuracy.
- Input relevant data against individual field referring to source documents in respect of salaries and allowances due.
- Printing and distribution of salary advices
- Collection and Capturing of timesheets
- Provide secure payslips
